Installing a new AC without checking line set length, refrigerant match, and cooling load is how George West homeowners end up with a unit that never performs to spec. Every quote includes a real cooling load assessment before equipment is selected.
New AC installs miss their rated SEER2 efficiency more often than people realize, usually from oversizing or a mismatched line set. We follow real numbers, not the easiest install.
